Digital downloads

All products sold by Moments by Maggie are digital goods delivered as instant downloads. Upon purchase you receive a PDF containing a Canva template link. Delivery is immediate after payment confirmation.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) does not apply to digital content once the download has been accessed or the template link has been opened, provided you have given explicit consent at checkout. By completing your purchase you confirm this consent.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us at hello@momentsbymaggie.com and we will resolve it.

License

Templates are licensed for personal use only. You may use them for your own events and celebrations. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the template files or links
• Use the templates to create derivative products for commercial sale
• Share the Canva template link with others not included in your purchase

Canva requirements

Templates are delivered as Canva template links and require a Canva account to use. A free Canva account is sufficient. Moments by Maggie is not affiliated with Canva and is not responsible for changes to Canva's platform or services.

Payments and VAT

Payments are processed by Payhip. For EU and UK customers, VAT is calculated and remitted by Payhip in its role as deemed supplier. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable VAT at checkout.
