Who we are

Moments by Maggie is operated by Amphora, registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 34171603. Contact: hello@momentsbymaggie.com.

What data we collect and why

• Email address — only if you voluntarily sign up for our newsletter. Used to send you the free template and occasional updates. Managed by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
• Payment data — processed entirely by Payhip. We do not see or store your card details, bank account or PayPal credentials. Payhip's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
• Anonymous analytics — we use GoatCounter and Microsoft Clarity to improve the website. GoatCounter measures page visits without cookies or personal data. Microsoft Clarity records anonymized session behaviour (heatmaps, scrolls, clicks) to help us understand how visitors use the site; it does not store personally identifiable information. No cookie consent banner is required for either tool.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking cookies. GoatCounter does not use cookies. Microsoft Clarity may set a first-party session cookie (MS_SESSION_ID) for session replay functionality — this does not identify you personally. If you sign up for our newsletter, Brevo may set a cookie on the confirmation page.

Your rights (GDPR / AVG)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@momentsbymaggie.com. If you have unresolved concerns, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Data retention

Newsletter subscribers are retained until unsubscription. We do not retain payment data — this is handled by Payhip.
