How does it work?+
After purchase you receive an instant download with a PDF containing your Canva template link. Click the link, open it in Canva (free account works), customize it, and download as PDF. That's it.
Do I need Canva Pro?+
No! All templates work with a free Canva account. Only Maggie needs Canva Pro to create the templates. As a buyer, you only need the free version.
Can I get a refund?+
Because these are instant-download digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the file has been accessed. If you run into any issues, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
How long do I have access?+
Forever. Once you purchase, the Canva template link is yours to keep and use as many times as you like.
Can I use these for commercial purposes?+
Templates are licensed for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed or used to create derivative products for sale.
How do I print the template?+
After customizing in Canva, click 'Share' in the top right and select 'Download'. Choose PDF Print for the best quality. Then print at home on cardstock (200–300gsm works best), or take the PDF to a local print shop. For A4 or A5 cards, most copy shops can print them same day.
What format will I receive after purchase?+
You receive an email from Payhip with a download link. Inside is a PDF containing your unique Canva template link. Click the link and the template opens directly in Canva — no account needed beyond a free Canva login.
Can I change the colors and fonts?+
Yes! Everything in the template is fully editable in Canva. You can change text, colors, fonts, and in most templates you can also add your own photos. The only thing you cannot change is the Canva template structure itself, but you have complete freedom within it.
I lost the email with my template link. What should I do?+
Log in to your Payhip account at payhip.com and go to your purchases — the download link is always available there. If you checked out as a guest, search your email inbox for an email from Payhip. Still can't find it? Email us at hello@momentsbymaggie.com and we'll sort it out.
